Sr. General Services/Genral Admin Supervisor
Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company
- Can effectively communicate (written and verbal)
- Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.
Technical Competence:
- 3rd Party Service Provider Management: Canteen, Janitorial, Shuttle Service
- Facilities and Office Administration
- Transportation Management
- Japanese Support Activities
- Audit and Compliance Management
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Keen to details and analytical
- Coaching and Counselling Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
